Missed One, Found One and Failed to Hide One

Today I tried the same one I failed at yesterday and missed it again. After a minute the home owner ogleing me yesterday came outside.  I left quickly and went to the smallest park in Sacramento and found one quickly.

I really like the simplicity of the container, it is a ziploc bag covered in black tape and velcroed to its location.

After work I attempted to hide my first Cache.  I found a great location but when reading the rules I overlooked one.  I was rejected by a site admin from geocaching due to my cache location in proximity to another cache. It seems as if you cannot have a cache within .1 miles of another, mine was 90 feet to close.  That really was disappointing because the location was amazing.  What can you do.
