Saturday started with four new caches about three miles from the homestead. I got in the car and drove quickly to get the glory. The first cache was found up a hill upon a tree, I looked in the wrong tree first then made the find.
All of the caches were on the side of train track.
The next four appeared on the same road approximately .1 mile apart and since I got the first one I decided to go for them all. This one was magnetic next to a building. Luckily at 6:41 AM the business was closed and I could look without interruption.
The third was in a location I have always thought would make a great location for a cache. Another magnet just off of the main road.
Our geocache mobile!
The last one was near some super bright colored foliage and this was the fourth FTF for Saturday, all before 7 AM.
Sunday brought another early morning. Littleman decided to get up at 5 and a new cache posted at 5:15. Grabbed my shoes and went for it. It was about 10 miles away in Granite Bay. Arrived at the cache location and made the find. The container although it looks big is about the size of my thumb. Another FTF to start the day. What a weekend.
