Saturday brought a trip to the bay and a quick grab off of the freeway. It was a fun cache to find, until reading the logs of the other finders. The previous finder logged that he had three ticks on him after getting this cache. Talk about giving your skin the creepy crawly's. I am still itchy thinking about it. I think I made it tick free but you never know. Later that evening a new cache posted at the location of our very first find. I decided to go and get it. When I arrived I found the cache way up in a tree. I took a deep breath and climbed up to get it. When I got up I turned on my flashlight to find giant ants throughout the tree. For a moment I thought of jumping out but I decided to stick it out, opened the log and inked the FTF. I then climbed down and removed the ants from my body. What a couple of days.
A cache a day! This is a blog about my family and our adventure geocaching. Geocaching is a worldwide game of hiding and seeking treasure using GPS.We hope to find a cache everyday. This blog will try not to contain spoilers. To see how it started use the blog archive and find January.
