Friday was a funny cache it was a gate up on a hill that blocked nothing.  It makes you wonder what the point was when it was installed . Nonetheless it is now a geocache and still in use. Saturday we went on a bit of a caching spree as we headed for the bay area. The picture is looking away from it as I did not want to spoil it for the next cacher.
After a slow week we picked it up a little for the weekend. We grabbed some on the side of the road upon starting the trip not knowing if we will get more.
This one I really don't remember but we grabbed it some where in there.
This one was right next to a kids indoor play yard that littleman was very sad we had to leave. We stayed for quite a while letting him play with his friends in the bay.  After we left we grabbed the three caches within a few seconds of the play yard. To make five finds for the day.
Sunday came and we went back to Sacramento. This one was at a brand new drive through area built for almost 20 different businesses 3 years ago and all are empty. Now one is a geocache! I am glad that they are getting some use.
As we came home from the bay a Hot Air Balloon group passed above.  Littleman was thrilled.
Monday night was the start of the eight straight month of geocaching.  We have yet to miss a day for seven straight. This was almost the end of the streak.  At about 8:30 I realized that I had not found one today. I freaked out and grabbed on in the night. It was also the first day of classes for the students so I was preoccupied all day. That would have been a horrible way to end the streak...just forgetting.
I was not about to have that happen again today so I grabbed on first thing with the sunrise. It was an FTF hunt that I was second to find, about thirty minutes late. All day long New caches were placed near by my work and I was just to busy to find them.
