A Weeks Worth of Caching

Had Thursday off from work thanks to the US Veterans and though I would try a harder cache. Went for one called the Ugly Tree. It was my second time and I came up empty again.I even had a hint from a friend and still couldn't find it. I found another tree to climb nearby and found a cache.

Friday I took a long walk for lunch and grabbed another cache on the river. I thought while it is not raining I should try and take advantage of the unseasonably warm weather. I tried this one twice before, the first time it was to muddy to get before work. The second time the weeds had grown above my head. This time was just right and I found the cache quickly. Also took time to play with the travel bug that was inside.

Saturday we went up to apple hill and grabbed the cache at our favorite stop the Rainbow Orchard. We tried before but that attempt failed because the cache was not there. That evening, we tried a night cache but gave up due to our flashlight not being that bright.
Sunday after breakfast went for a cache with a higher difficulty rating and found it in seconds. It is always strange when that happens. wanted a harder cache but came up short, oh well.

Monday I had an impromptu trip to the Bay Area. I grabbed two caches on the way home in Benicia. both were in the same parking lot off of the freeway.
